Prime Minister Christopher Luxon has officially opened Vitaco’s new expanded state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in East Tamaki, Auckland.
This new 364 square meter powder blending plant will increase production capacity by over 70% and importantly, enhance the work environment for the team. This facility is part of a $47 million capital expenditure program to build more manufacturing capacity and capability at the East Tāmaki and Penrose sites.
“Our expansion is not only a win for New Zealand’s economy but also a testament to the dedication and vision of our company that has been empowering Kiwis to live healthier lives for over a century. It’s been a pleasure to have the Prime Minister open our expanded facilities and meet our dedicated team,” said Vitaco CEO Craig Kearney.
