Silver Fern Farms introduces its PURE Burger range into the freezer aisle for customers that want convenience without compromising on quality. The new range will also be served with a touch of kindness on the side, with $1 of every pack sold being donated to Meat the Need.
Silver Fern Farms’ new PURE Burger range includes five products all made from the finest cuts of meat, carefully expertly selected for the best taste and texture. The range includes beef burgers with brisket or short rib, lamb burgers with rump, venison and beef burgers with venison short rib, and beef sliders with brisket.
Silver Fern Farms Marketing Manager Brenda Galbraith says that the premium red meat producer is delighted to be building on from the successful launch of Honest Burgers last year.
“We know that there are plenty of people wanting to choose quality products, made from delicious cuts of meat and we don’t want them to sacrifice anything for convenience.
“The name says it all, really. Our PURE Burgers are 97% – 99% meat, a sprinkle of salt and pepper and, for the beef and venison burgers, a touch of collagen to enhance the cooking experience and tenderness. There are no fillers, no artificial ingredients – just pure deliciousness. They’re also gluten-free and keto-friendly.
“We’re excited to be meeting the demand from customers who want meat without fillers or artificial flavours in their burgers and who typically choose to make their own at home,” says Galbraith.
PURE Burgers come in resealable, family-sized packs, making them the perfect addition to any freezer. Whether it’s to feed the entire family or as a meal for one. PURE Burgers are an absolute must for those “just in case” moments for households wanting to create a delicious, quality meal with minimal fuss.
Galbraith says that regular customers will also notice a new addition to the PURE Burger packaging to highlight the $1 donation to Meat the Need, which is a charity that enables New Zealand farmers to help feed families in need.
Silver Fern Farms partnered with Meat the Need two years ago, enabling its farmers to donate meat locally to those in need. In the last two years, farmers have donated more than 3,000 animals to the charity, with almost 700,000 meals donated to food banks and City Missions throughout the country.
There will also be a QR code on the pack which customers can scan to learn more about Meat the Need, their partnership with Silver Fern Farms and where donations will be spent.
Silver Fern Farms Pure Burgers are available now in all good supermarkets nationwide, alongside Silver Fern Farms’ full range of premium beef, lamb and venison. Customers can look out for the bright white resealable and recyclable soft plastic packaging in the freezer aisle.
