After much consumer demand, particularly in recent years, we have developed a Gluten Free Pita Bread to our range. It is a wonderful product that has a very nice texture and taste and performs as a Pita should. With the Gluten Free segment now a significant piece of the bread category we are so pleased to be able to offer a Gluten Free Pita option to the market.
