Following the recent COVID alert level changes in Auckland, judging of the Outstanding NZ Food Producer Awards has moved to a new date: 17 April 2021.
The key dates for the Outstanding NZ Food Producer Awards 2021 are now:
Judging: Saturday 17 April 2021 at AUT School of Hospitality & Tourism
Medal results announced: Tuesday 18 May 2021
Champions Party: Tuesday 22 June 2021
A record number of 294 entries for the awards have been received from New Zealand food and drink producers, compared to 225 entries in 2020.
The Outstanding NZ Food Producer Awards Champion and Special Awards for 2021 are:

COAST PEOPLE’S CHOICE
Farmers’ Markets and New Zealand Food and Drink Producers can be involved in the Awards by getting behind the Coast People’s Choice which is voted for through to the end of March. Farmers’ Markets and producers are invited to encourage their customers to vote for them to win the title of Coast People’s Choice Outstanding NZ Food Producer or Coast NZ People’s Choice Outstanding Farmers’ Market.
Both of the Awards will be announced at the Champions Party on 22 June 2021.
