DB Breweries is delighted to announce that Corporate Relations Manager Matt Wilson has been appointed to the newly established role of Corporate Relations & Legal Director.
With a comprehensive legal background, Matt joined DB in 2009 as Legal Counsel. After three years in the role he was promoted to a Senior Legal and Regulatory Affairs role, before taking a position on the Leadership Team as the Corporate Relations Manager in 2013.
DB Managing Director, Andy Routley, says he’s delighted to be able to capitalise on Wilson’s proven legal track record by broadening the scope of his current role. “Matt has been an integral member of the Leadership Team for almost two years and has been instrumental in establishing key relationships and initiatives to strike an important balance between our social responsibility and commercial freedoms.
“His close working relationship with our legal team and vast experience made him the perfect candidate to represent our legal function at an executive level, while continuing to drive our public affairs and communications agenda,” adds Routley.
