Foodstuffs celebrate supplier excellence and innovation at Partnership Awards 

Foodstuffs North Island and Foodstuffs South Island have announced this year’s winners at their Partnership Awards, celebrating supplier excellence and innovation within New Zealand’s FMCG industry. 

Over 500 guests, including representatives from 46 finalists alongside Foodstuffs team members gathered at Christchurch’s iconic Te Pae Convention Centre, where winners were announced across 13 award categories.  

This year’s National Partnership Award, which was awarded from among the category winners across both co-ops went to the team at Hellers, who also won several other awards over the evening. 

Foodstuffs North Island CE Chris Quin says it’s inspiring to see the innovation and creativity in the FMCG industry and what great partnerships can achieve. 

“Every time there is a crisis, we come together as an industry to ensure our customers and community are supported,” he says. 

“Without our partnerships we know we couldn’t provide for New Zealanders the way we have over the last few years.”  

Foodstuffs South Island CE Mary Devine says the awards recognise excellence in the industry. 

“These awards are a testament to the power of collaboration, and the passion that characterises the community of suppliers and team members that make up our wider Foodies family,” she says.

“It’s a privilege to work alongside suppliers who are as driven as we are to deliver for New Zealanders, and to push for better in everything we do.”
