Cookie Time Limited (CTL) has acquired Mrs Higgins to support its future growth.
CTL General Manager Lincoln Booth says it’s business as usual for both companies while the integration project team works to bring the two operations together in the coming months.
“Both companies will continue to manage their own supply chains and channels whilst we explore opportunities to best utilise our new Auckland bakery site.
“We’re thrilled with this acquisition and look forward to working closely with the Mrs Higgins team to unlock growth opportunities going forward, both in New Zealand and offshore,” Booth says.
