Doctors For Nutrition is a registered charity in Australia and New Zealand with a goal to improve human health and wellbeing through a plant-based dietary shift. Their vision is a society and healthcare system that embraces evidence-based nutrition solutions to create a world free of preventable disease so that everyone can thrive and live to their full potential. They also acknowledge the importance of plant-based diets for planetary health.
Doctors For Nutrition will be holding another ‘Dine with a Doc’ dinner in Auckland. They have gathered together a panel of experts to engage in a discussion on ‘Inspiring Sustainable Change’, encouraging people to transition to a plant-based diet for both personal and planetary health. With the crucial need for a global shift to a planetary diet, the conversation will focus on encouraging New Zealanders to eat more plant-based ‘climate-smart’ foods. Following the panel presentation a Q&A will be available with the guests.
The event will be held at Khu Khu Eatery, in Auckland CBD. The chefs are curating a healthy Thai inspired vegan menu just for this event! The cost for the dinner is $60 pp and glutenfree options are available.
