From organic to vegan and paleo – there were hundreds of delicious healthy foods to try, new gluten-free and allergy-friendly products, free samples and expert advice at the Healthy Food Guide Live Show in Auckland last weekend.
Visitors enjoyed fitness demonstrations and the New World Live stage with recipe demos, plus expert sessions on topics such as better sleep, IBS, mindfulness and more with inspiration and advice for all to get healthier!
Allergy NZ and Coeliac NZ representatives were at the show, along with exhibitors Vogels, Countdown, Santa Rosa, Olivado, Watties and Venerdi, to name just a few.
Waitoa’s glutenfree, super convenient free range chicken samples were popular with punters of all ages and L’Authentique’s traditional pates and sausages offered exceptional flavours.
FMCG Business Editor Tamara Rubanowski spotted some exciting new products such as buckwheat fettucine, vegan Cheddar and Parmesan cheeses, as well as a probiotic sugar-free range of Kraut and Kimchi for good gut health.
The North Shore Events Centre was buzzing with thousands of visitors who left with plenty of inspiration, healthy meal ideas and purchases at special show prices.
